At Decca Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vinyl, CD, or merchandise arrives damaged or is not what you expected, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that vinyl records are well-protected to prevent warping or sleeve damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
